April 29th Pine to Palm Midpoint Cruise

Southwest Missouri Stang Gang volunteers, in conjunction with the Jefferson Highway Association Convention Planning Committee, are hosting a cruise-in from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday April 29.
Cars and trucks participating in the cruise will ring the inner parking circle of the historic Jasper County Courthouse and will compete for donated prizes and certificates. Pre-1930 vehicles are encouraged to participate! Other unique, historic or custom vehicles are welcome to participate, too, and there will be some surprises parked in the show!!!!

The Jasper County Courthouse and portions of the historic Carthage, Missouri, commercial square are visible in these c.1925 aerial images. The street to the left of the courthouse is Main Street and its path from the NW corner of the square, angling north (out of the image on the bottom) was part of the Jefferson Highway route through Carthage from Kendricktown.
